The graphic above is from the 2012 Special-Edition of my book, “Bigfoot: The Four Levels of Contact.” As I discuss in my latest book, Bigfoot do in fact come closer than many Bigfoot believers accept. In fact, I’ve had multiple contacts with more than one Bigfoot just a stone throw from my urban townhouse while living in a city of 1.5 million people. According to the US Census Bureau, there were approximately 1,500 people per square mile where I was at the time of those contacts. In contrast, Oklahoma City has a population of around 600,000 and around 960 people per square mile, and even then, the Finding Bigfoot team was investigating a river area within a protected wildlife refuge.

The Finding Bigfoot program’s “perspective” or point of view is very popular and is what I describe as level-1 contact, while there are three more contact levels documented in my book. These other contact experiences are by-and-large ignored by level-1 researchers and historians because of their limited beliefs/experiences. Nevertheless, many, many people are experiencing Bigfoot at levels-2, 3, and 4 every day. Granted, these other experience levels don’t make for great television like Finding Bigfoot!

The following contact or experience levels have been noted by myself and others:

• Level-1 (The Stranger)
• Level-2 (The Neighbor)
• Level-3 (The Friend)
• Level-4 (The Family Member)

Each of these contact levels are distinguished by degree of trust between both the Bigfoot and Human. The more each trusts one another, the closer they become and their individual contact is very similar to that of how humans function socially. We can, for example, move into a neighborhood and until we get to know each of our neighbors, would consider them strangers if seen elsewhere. The neighbors we connect with the most will eventually become friends and finally in the spirit of Italy, when we become even closer we are like family – or la familia.

For these reasons, mainstream media, scientists, researchers, historians, skeptics, and others cannot accept any form of experience/encounter/sighting beyond level-1.

In other instances, the Finding Bigfoot team stated there were no Bigfoot in Rhode Island or Hawaii, yet many people have encountered them in those states. Why then would the Finding Bigfoot team say such a thing on television and when they confessed to not want to hoax or deceive viewers? Quite possibly because of their beliefs and for taking the BFRO sighting database as gospel. It’s not until they hold town hall meetings in visiting locations that they see hands high in the air of people claiming encounters with Bigfoot. This, as well as the team’s own experiences while in town, leads them to change their mind.

The obvious problem is that of the reports they get, many thousands more are suspected, yet not reported to the BFRO database for them to know about. To conclude everyone’s reality is based upon such a narrow frame of mind (the almighty BFRO database) is a mistake and even serves to mislead viewers in terms of the truth: not everyone reports their experience to the BFRO, so who knows where they are and are not located. Likewise, to conclude what Bigfoot does NOT look like based on what others say is another mistake. For instance, people have encountered human-looking Bigfoot (aka Ancient One) as well as the primate appearing Bigfoot (aka Sasquatch). Therefore, when someone describes the Bigfoot as having pale skin colored flesh, a narrow nose and little hair, experts shouldn’t be so quick to admit on television that they doubt the person’s credibility because that expert “heard” what they look like and the witness’ account doesn’t match. Who’s credibility becomes questionable?

In the same manner, many researchers and historians fail to come out from behind their computer or TV to go into the field for themselves, to know what is real and possible. In many cases, you need to talk to the locals and I applaud the Finding Bigfoot team for doing this. Over the years, other teams, such as GABRO and SFBI, and individual truth seekers have also left home in order to speak with witnesses rather than take the word of researchers, bloggers, BBS trolls, etc. These people gain a wealth of knowledge and understanding as a result, and a few even have encounters of their own.

Going back to the four contact levels for a moment, consider the efforts of all the researchers and authors who go out in search of this creature. If these same people believe Bigfoot an animal, a wild beast, an elusive monster, might they be experiencing exactly what they believe to be true? In other words, if they find little more than sounds or tracks, that in and of itself helps define Bigfoot as “elusive.” However, if people are open to other possibilities, such as people interacting with Bigfoot at a level-2 or Neighborly level, maybe those same people will encounter Bigfoot in that manner, no longer at the Stranger level. In fact, there are many Americans who have Bigfoot living in their backyards and they often interact with them both during the day and at night. Likewise, there are people encountering Bigfoot as a friend and when Bigfoot trusts these people enough, they are adopted as it were, into the creature’s family and allowed to see their hidden world.

Why don’t you know this or why hasn’t someone spoken about this before? Some have, but until we’re ready for that level of information/evidence, we only experience/learn what fits our paradigm at that time.

Lastly, if someone wants you to believe Bigfoot is an animal and can only be seen or interacted with at night because they are nocturnal, then it’s up to each of us to decide to accept their evidence as reliable and true. You should know that many of my own experiences took place in the daytime – not at night. And don’t forget all those unreported witness accounts of seeing Bigfoot during the day, as heard on every episode of Finding Bigfoot. Maybe they’re not nocturnal like the Finding Bigfoot team continues to insist they are!

• One Step Beyond (Night Of The Kill)

I included stories in my Bigfoot book about people, young and old, who venture into the woods to not return, or to return years later with stories about living with Bigfoot. One girl even claimed to be the wife of a Bigfoot, resigning her to a psychiatric hospital before she was broken out and hospital staff reported seeing a large dark creature on the grounds. In another instance, a young woman was able to appear and disappear as they did and no longer seemed to want to live among her fellow humans. She no longer spoke verbally, but telepathically.

There are many documented accounts of this nature, but because mainstream researchers and historians find them too hard to accept as coming from a wild beast, they are ignored, ridiculed, and minimized to the point the public rarely hears about them. It seems science is finally catching up to what many, many (individuals) have been saying since the beginning, including indigenous peoples around the world: Bigfoot is a people. Will the latest DNA findings finally change the minds of those who insist on hunting them down with high-powered guns in order to prove their elusive animal prey really does exist? For many, many decades, a very small handful of actual Bigfoot experiencers have been telling famed researchers that Bigfoot is a people, some so much as saying Bigfoot is more advanced than we are as they seem more able to work with PSI phenomena (psychic abilities) than us. This has brought little more than childish ridicule upon those who know the truth about Bigfoot.

Personally, I am one of these experiencers/contactees who have psychic encounters with Bigfoot. This includes the human looking Bigfoot (aka Ancient Ones), as well as the more popularized Sasquatch, which has primate features such as the sagittal crest at the top of their skull.

In my latest book, I discuss these four levels or categories of Bigfoot contact. They are 1) The Stranger, 2) The Neighbor, 3) The Friend, and 4) The Family Member. I discuss each of these in detail and provide supporting testimony from each of the authors below as well as from my own personal encounters with Bigfoot – as our personal encounters will fit within one or more of these social levels.

As it turns out, each and every one of us are all too familiar with these levels of trust and openness within our society as they relate to levels of human contact. It may come as a surprise, then, that Bigfoot has been communicating with humans using this same “human” social structure. Because many of us have accepted the notion that Bigfoot is a wild creature or monster, we have been blinded to the truth of this.

Think for a moment about how you define a stranger, a neighbor, a friend, and a family member in your own life. Next, consider the ways in which “trust” is used to identify people within your life who fit within each of these groupings. For instance, in terms of trust, what makes someone your friend vs. neighbor? What allows you to call someone a stranger vs. a family member? Each one of these levels has certain characteristics, but all boil down to trust. Who we trust the least will be the stranger. Who we trust the most will likely be a family member. Transitioning from one contact type to another requires a bridge: trust. While sounding simple on the surface, trust is not so easily achieved and works in both directions (we trust them and they trust us)!

Over the last 56 years that I have been researching the Bigfoot/Sasquatch phenomenon, I discovered that the researchers who refer to themselves as “experts” have never met or socially interacted with the forest giants to find out just who these elusive people really are! This kind of investigating is fear-based and speculative.

In September 1979, I received the shock of my life when both an ET and a Sasquatch person telepathically spoke to me simultaneously. The communication has been ongoing ever since, numbering more than a thousand times. During the last 33 years I documented 224 contactees who also had the same or similar experiences – a few like myself, are ongoing. So this is the real Sasquatch who are an evolved nature people and definitely not an animal or monster as many uninformed researchers claim. For the real experts are the contactees who spent time talking with the Sasquatch, as they are the witnesses who are truly in the know. The 99% not in the know continue to use the outdated and incomplete scientific paradigm as their model of Universal Reality. Psi phenomena and quantum physics are synonymous yet are not included to be measured in the model. In the case of the Sasquatch, the paradigm does not measure its reality! Nor does it for UFOs, teleportation, and telepathy, inter-dimensionalism, and other elusive yet valid phenomena.

Author Todd Michael is one of the fortunate percipients who has had extensive contact with both the Starpeople and Sasquatch people over the years and his story is an important one if the reader wants to know God’s truth. Todd is simply an honest person trying to publicly get the truth out, away from the old “monster” image labeled by sensationalists craving attention, especially via silly, poorly presented television shows.

You might take notice that I am the only legitimate Sasquatch researcher (and veteran) claiming psychic encounters! Myself, like a majority of the experiencers (not researchers), have certain personality characteristics in common that the Sasquatch people like. Stalking them is a form of harassment and invasion of privacy. So fear, anger, and other negative emotions push them away. Compassion, love, respect, lack of fear, kindness, selflessness are all positive attributes that attract them when under the correct circumstances. Todd’s book addresses many of these issues in his detailed anecdotes that are extremely valuable, giving the reader a true sense of what was genuinely occurring. My two books were presented in a similar manner (go to SasquatachPeople.com) and in 1979, I became the first social scientist/crypto-anthropologist to discover  that the Sasquatch are an advanced race of nature people who are genuinely psychic, inter-dimensional, and were transported to planet Earth from another star system millions of years ago by friendly ETs. This is the primary reason hunters have never been able to catch one! Friendly open communication is the key to the puzzle and author/experiencer Todd Michael is on the right path making a contribution toward revealing the reality of the psychic Sasquatch and their UFO connection.
